DIY (SIP supply):

Do it yourself option is for anyone who wishes to undertake some of the build themselves but wants the building cut and made to size by us. We are able to send a 3D design of the building for you to see its appearance and then cut it to this exact specification. We can deliver it to your site with detailed instructions which then allows you to put the building up with a local builder or use us to erect the structure. You can then source the cladding, windows, roof and everything else yourself as you wish. Alternatively we are able to source these and deliver for you to again find someone locally to fit.

Basic Build:

We will cut and conduct the structure build for you up to basic level of which you can then go ahead and finish to your own preference. Choose a design or let us know your size preference, we will quote you for delivery, erection and then we will go as far as you desire or feel comfortable with.

Self-Finished:

We cut and install the structure as well as base, windows/ doors, the roof, membrane and battons. It is a very good way to get the garden room watertight and then you can finish the room at your leisure knowing the weather is not going to get in. We are able to supply the cladding should you wish, you can then finish the room how you like knowing we are only a phone call away if you have any problems.

Turn-Key:

You sit back and we will do all the hard work for you, from the base, build, electrics, plastering, right up to painting the garden room itself. Everything conducted by us, you will be informed of the work schedule and how work is progressing.
